Job Description:
NeedTech IT is looking for a skilled and motivated Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our growing digital team. This role involves executing and managing SEO strategies including keyword research, technical SEO audits, content optimization, link building, and performance analysis to improve organic visibility and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute data-driven SEO and AEO strategies aligned with business goals.
● Perform keyword research and search intent analysis for multiple projects.
● Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to site structure, indexing, crawlability, page speed, and mobile usability.
● Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, URLs, and content structure.
● Plan and maintain long-term content and backlink strategies to ensure sustainable organic growth.
● Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, outreach, web 2.0 platforms, influencer collaboration, and toxic link management.
● Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
● Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
● Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.

Requirements:
● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO (On-page & Off-page).
● Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, algorithms, search intent, and semantic SEO.
● Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
● Solid experience in technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
● Strong knowledge of backlink strategies, outreach campaigns, and toxic link cleanup.
● Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO troubleshooting.
● Ability to plan and execute long-term SEO roadmaps and content calendars.
● Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
